We therefore only use your personal data to deliver products and services to you and to inform you about the products and services, insofar as you have given permission to do so. We use this information
Studio D processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we use:
- First and last name;
- Gender;
- Address data;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in correspondence and by telephone;
- Information about your activities on our website;
- Bank account number (only for payments for our services and products).
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older that 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at privacy@studiod.nu, and we will delete this information.
Why do we use your data?
We only use your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected, and where applicable, to comply with legal obligations. We use your personal data for the following purposes:
Execution of the agreements. We process your personal data to deliver our products and services of your choice. For example, we use this information to prepare an invoice and send it to you as soon as the products and/or services have been delivered, in accordance with the agreement.
Customer contact and communication. We use your data to communicate with you in connection with our services via e-mail, text messages or other electronic media. For example, we can invite you to participate in customer satisfaction surveys.
Marketing. We would like to keep you informed about our products and services by e-mail. You have the right to unsubscribe from this information provision at any time. Depending on your preferences, you can unsubscribe, change your settings directly online, or contact us to do this for you.
Legal requirements. We may process your information to comply with legal obligations, such as keeping records or to comply with legitimate requests from competent authorities.
Improving and customizing our products and services. We use your personal data to improve our products and services. Insight into click behaviour and search results on our website can, for example, help us to prioritize or identify new product functions.
Legal basis for data processing
We only collect and process your personal data when we have a legal basis for this. The following principles apply:
- The processing is based on your consent, for example for sending the newsletter;
- The processing is necessary for the execution of our agreement;
- The processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, such as the obligation to retain administrative data.
Studio D does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, an employee of Studio D).
How long do we keep your personal data?
Studio D does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We store personal data for a period of 24 months. If you want to have your data removed, we ask you to contact us. We will delete your personal data without undue delay, but with the exception of the information that we are legally obliged to keep. For example, we are legally obliged to keep data such as copies of invoices for seven years.
Sharing your personal data
Studio D will never sell your data to third parties. We do, however, only share your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Studio D remains responsible for these processing operations. An example of this is the processing agreement with our accountant.
Cookies
Studio D only uses technical and functional cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. We can also optimize our website with this. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously saved via your browser settings.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Studio D and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to daan@studiod.nu. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Studio D would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Studio D takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
